As Project Managers for McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada Ltd., EllisDon Corporation facilitated and supervised the contract between Rykon Construction Management and McDonald’s Franchisee’s for three (3) restaurants in the Okanagan region of British Columbia. Rykon was contracted to perform restaurant renovations which included a combination of interior and exterior re-imaging, furniture installation, and coordination with McDonald’s vendors (kitchen equipment, Coca-Cola, IT, signage, etc).

Rykon consistently completed the projects on-time and with as little interruption to operations as possible.

The management and supervisory teams of Rykon communicated well with the project stakeholders (Franchisee, EllisDon, Consultants, and Vendors) which provided for a smooth execution of the work.

The quality of work performed by Rykon was of a high-standard, and deficiency close-out was excellent.
